Based on our experience we have realized that the good implementation of Maintenance 4.0 is based on having a realistic current state, defining where we want to go, being clear about the real needs of our plant, for this we must define:
- A good implementation plan, controlling time and costs
- Choose the technologies that are best adapted to carry out the plan successfully and without excessive costs
In order for it to be successful, we must involve the management, production and the entire team that will make it possible for the theory to be put into practice.
