In order to have good control of our facilities and to be able to anticipate possible breakdowns to avoid unscheduled stoppages, we must plan a series of periodic protocols, many of the systems currently on the market would allow us to have an analysis and control of possible real-time breakdowns. There are many preventive maintenance techniques and from MYC we will suggest the most appropriate for each case. The most common are vibration measurement techniques, thermography or boroscopies.
